I have returned to our apartment and you are wrong. Yet again. The road is very good and is the best it has been for the last 6 years. You should start writing about facts and not fiction.
We are very happy with our apartment and if we sold now we would make more than 100% return on the initial investment. Perhaps you were one of the sad people who invested too late. Never mind we are enjoying our investment and having a glass of champagne on you. We obviously took the right advice at the right time. Please rember the old saying that the value of investments can go up but they can also go down. You are obviously on a downer to write such comments.
Our president knows what he is doing and has our best interest at heart. We have attended every AGM for our Manzana and we have no issues apart from those idiots in other Manzanas who have not got a clue and do not pay their community charges.
We will carry on enjoying the sun for another week and for weeks and years to come!
