Just like to say hi and a happy new year to all.

We are buying No70 and have a completion date of the end of August so a long wait to see you all but hope to get to know you all through the message board.

Does any one know if any building work is being carried out in front of our property because the Parador rep said another builder was going to start a build soon which was in Feb 06?
