I am still waiting for my solicitor to reply from last year.

We have a no win no fee claim agaist the banks that I thought was nearing its conclusion 2 years ago.

Purchase was Aifos, case was against the banks. I believe I was in a group of 50 others with similar circumsatances, ie our property was never built.

I would be interested to hear from anyone else in similar circumstances.

Is it just us or do Spanish solicitors not bother to reply to your emails.

If we are lucky we get " I will let you know when anything happens". We hear nothing
