Hi Patrick,

Wondered if you purchased, we have an ongoing court case with  a property we put a large deposit on in 2003 to date we are still trying to get our money back. We won the case in April 2012 to be informed very recently that the other party have no assets and have sold out property, perhaps you were buying ours!

Hope you have looked else where!!
