Hi everyone 

I ve got a court date for 31 January , I'm able to travel but my wife s health 

is nt too good , our lawyer told me I will have to bring a doctors note for 

my wife which is not a problem , what worries me is that the lawyers acting on 

behalf of the banks will use this as an excuse to postpone proceedings because 

my wife is not in court , can anyone shed any light on this matter .
