We own on phase 3 and are chairman of the commitee for phase 3, well my mum and step dad are.  We are dealing with Gumar at the club house to try to get us all membership to the club as that was what was sold to us, did you get it?  It is looking better but still a building site around phase 4 and building work is well underway across the three hole golf course for a new development which will not be finished until 2008 dec.

good news is on the other side of the road they are not building but have built walk ways and a childrens play area, which my children loved but my mum was not too happy about.

Just returned and the club house was packed with families who must either own, however i suspect are renting.

Am looking to get it valued just to see how much money I have lost but from looking at web, no one seems to have sold any.
