I've seen exactly the same last week when I was at DHII. Certainly after the heavy rain falls on the Costa Blance, I saw some wet spots on the terrace sides at various appartment at the upper floor. As I have a ground floor appartment, I have not seen any consequence (yet) but will surely check when I go again shortly. Thank you for sharing your experience on the forum about the progress.

Hi Stevie,
it looks you are my diagonally upstairs neighbour. We completed end of Feb. You have 15 days to bring in your snagging list to the pilot house and as far I know they have to take care of the reparings within 6 months. At this stage, every time I go back, something has been done. My list was not that long but I can confirm that partly 'they tiled the bath room in the dark' and spoiled quite some cement,

Hi there,
I just learned by the message board about the meeting next Friday. I did not receive any official invitation yet but it will hopefully come this week. Still, I am not able to get there on Friday due to other obligations. From Saturday morning until Monday morning I will be in my appartment. Will anyone be there, who joined the meeting, who I can meet and talk about the outcome? Please let me know and I can contact you. I'll be glad to meeting one of you for more info (and a drink ofcourse).

Hi Brenda,
just returned from DHII today. Yes, our furniture was the same. We changed the sofa at Muebles Sanchez in Los Montesinos (you will see them drive around all the time in DHII). They have 2 systems but the prices can be high. We received our bed sofa yesterday and it is wonderful. We had to pay around 500 EUR extra (!). They gave us not more than 300 EUR back for the normal sofa. We had to wait 4 weeks but were happy to receive it yesterday. There are many more people from DHII who changed their sofa so they will not be surprized. Leave it in the plastic if you decide to change. Take a look at their website for the details. If you need more then let me know.
