We have bought 2 years ago and absolutely love it. most of the year really quiet.  bit more people during the summer holiday but never a lot of noise.  there are several people who live permanently. Some appartments are being rented out. but think that most of the owners have it for personal use only.

we are planing to buy a groundfloor appartment in block 10. Waiting for the contract from the bank. is there anything we should look out for when buying in la isla.  and can someone here give me the monthly communal costs for the property.  thanks in advance for your replies.
