I did not find Polarair lacking at all, i am sure they have many satisfied customers, as i said it was my daughter who was unhappy i merely found another company to rectify the problems she was having.

No i wasnt at your apartment as i think you would have noticed. Sorry a bit confused at the next part of your message but i think you should ask sugarmummy, as i had quoted from his post. If it helps to make it clearer my daughter and the people mentioned in the message all live in the same place or thereabouts .

As soon has my property is completed in the UK i will then hopefully buy a nice resale at Roda, but i would rather look forward to talking about golf and spain than comparing notes on air conditioning. your right the proof is always in the pudding!

Hi all, i've been looking at buying a property to retire in on Roda so have read with interest this forums posts (glad to see most have been positive) but then i came across this thread which i found a little strange.

my daughter lives quite close to the Polarair man you refer to so naturally called him to fit her AC, unfortunately her experience was the complete opposite of the recommendation he was given here, sloppy workmanship and overpriced, sadly i was in the Uk when this happened but i finally got another company to sort it and all is ok.

The strange part i refered to though was sugarmummy's comment "When Gary from Polarair was on site fitting Sandras units he was approached by a Dutch guy Ron Bol and also a furniture company who both asked if he was prepared to do some kind of deal for business put his way" ......why would the dutch man and the furniture company go all the way to Roda coincidentally bump into each other on the same day when they all actually live in the same town 30kms away and live just a few doors away from each other !!!       strange isn't it.
