I have just returned home after visiting the new apartment and I have to put pen to paper and thank Peter who fitted the lights, mirrors and all the other paraphernalia that requires a carpenter’s eye (and a whole trolley full of tools). He put himself out, using his van to collect several items of furniture and helping my wife Susan with curtains and other soft furnishings as well as hooks in the kitchen. To top it all he only charged us 10 euros an hour. He is starting his own property maintenance and management business in Spain and we wish him all the best.
