Hi All
I got back this morning from spending a week on site.
The post boxes are in. They are by the side of the playground to the side of the Hacienda and to the 7th Green.
The packing and wrapping was all cleared off on Friday so I'd expect them to be operation in the next week or two?

Loads of work being carried out around the course and green shoots are appearing where previously the earth was brown!

The golf course isplaying brilliantly! The greens are a lot faster than in the Summer and workmen are constantly 'doing their stuff' !

The new entrance looks good and the old one is being dismantled.

All in all I'm very happy as each time I go to site there is something good to report back on. (Yes I know that there is nothing yet to report on the Hacienda but little by little the dream is taking shape!)

Hi Liz,

I have one piece of advice!

Go see Hacienda.....that's it!

You will either be totally won over by the place (as we were) or it'll not be for you.

It's just fantastic!

Yes there's still lots to do, yes there is a road being built nearby; but the resort is brilliant to visit and when you are there it's peaceful and you get to really relax.

If you're in it for the long term; Hacienda has got to be a good bet!

One thing I always suscribe to is dont always go for the cheapest!

I can't comment re others looking after your property but I can say the guys at QPM are very helpful, professional and the work they've done for me is first class and at a good price too!

If someone is looking after your home & contents, go with a good referral not just price.

Yes she is. 
When I was there she was in the cabins by the PW cabins.
Now that the main entrance is open she may have moved there.
She was there in the mornings only (on another site in the afternoons).

If you call in and see Pepa, she'll give you the full breakdown of what we have to pay for.

I have a detailed list of my whole block and can see exactly the split betwqeen all properties in that block and the percentage they are all paying.
