That is a fact: If it goes kaputt   you will loose it in all three rooms...
But be honest: If the original vendor offers you a 10 years warranty on the compressor
you can expect a much longer life-time - especially if it runs only a few months per annum....

What shall I say: Up to now it was a good decision to go for it!

We got our aircon from ApolloAir. Absolutely satisfied with their work.

We paid for our first floor apartment € 2.499,00 turn-key! We went for a 3-in-1 converter,

because I don't like this bunch of converters on our solarium terrace.

Nope! No discounts for an one-year-ahead-payment!

Additonally we all have to pay a quarterly 15 Euro Painting fee!

Anyway - Condado is the place we call Paradise!

We always use the insurance from DoYouSpain! It saves us around 40% of the additional fees!

Simply say No to their insurance. The deposit is just a blocking on your account, no money withdrawn...

Hi Janet!

We had a look on several places in the Murcia-Area but when we arrived to
Condado de Alhama (we all call it CDA) we immediately felt like coming home.
The entire resort is a real living community almost perfectly maintained and managed.
Additionally the golf course looked really impressive (even if three of five lakes were empty at that time)..
Our first intension was a front-line golf Penthouse but finally we bought a first floor
apartment in Jardín 1 with a fantastic solarium and amazing views and a lovely pool...
It easily became our paradise and there is up to now not one moment to regret the decision...
