has anyone any news on a date for the owners meeting? - sometime in March was mentioned in an earlier thread. We would like to attend if possible, also will it be held in Spanish or English or both ?

Just seen your post and wondered if you've been out to Spain to finalise your purchase at OP? and how did you find the development ? We think others must have moved in as seen it available on holiday rental sites.

We have asked to withdraw from our contract due to length of delays but not heard anything back about this yet.

Hi We have bought in Block 5 and will be out for a week from 10 Dec, just to get a fix of sun before Xmas and to make the most of those oh so cheap flights. We think SMV is a lovely development.  I suppose the licence issue is an excuse not to complete if you were led into buying in order to make a quick buck and sell on before completion, cos we all know now thats not going to happen. At least our development is completed and looks finished, we know of people who paid deposits in 2003 for off-plan property in Spain and still have a hole in the ground to look at!
