I'm considering to buy an apartment in the complex called Los Lagos which is on the other side of the road from Las Vistas in Elviria. The view over the golf course and the see is very nice but the view in the back towards the half built Las Vistas is very sad. When asking the agency what will happen with Las Vistas the answer is that they don't know. Its not fun to read what you have experienced during several years concerning Las Vistas. Do you know what will happen with it? Demolition, development or will it just sit there and nothing will happen?

Who owns Las Vistas now? A bank, developer or builder?
