We are buying a small one bedroom in block one, which is supposed to be ready for end June according to our contract, if not, we can get our money back - except the solicitor's fee I think.  It may be worth losing the deposit and buying something else cheaper.   However, I have heared that they possibly may not be ready on time.  We were there at the end of April and there were quite a few properties for sale around the marina and the other apartments are coming up - no prices on the website as yet, and I think they have yet to start the work transforming the blocks.  Still thinking about it...........

Sam has told me we will not be able to move in to block 1 until September after the three month hand over period, which means that the property should not be ready until June - MRI are still telling me completion is March which should be ready for  handover in June!  Confused - you will be!

I was also told when we went to view Porto Fino that no one will be moving into any of the apartments until all the blocks are completed.  Was anyone else told this, or is it a mythj?

We were contacted only only last week by MRI saying completion for block 1 is February/March.  From reading the forum it would appear that this may not be correct.  Also starting to have conversations with Capital Financial about a mortgage, but if the developer has them in place and we would be penalised if we dont use them, anyone advise on the best thing to do?
