I can recommend the following:

Air con by Secure & Cool (Karen Jones) excellent service,they did ours last May 2006 they advertise in the Costa blanca News. We had an air-con unit in the lounge and one in the master bedroom cost about Euros 1500. Very good very quite both with heating for the winter. WSe stayed over in December and the units were excellent,

&

OMAC security grills based in Los Montisinos another excellent service. They sent us pictures via e-mail of the completed grills. We are on R5 overlooking the Golf Course if you wnat to have a look at their work.

Hi all

new to the thread, own a property on R5 since completion February 2006. Love the place and will be coming over full time next August, dows anybody know when the commercial centre will have more than the La Cascada bar open?

Or what the plans are for the existing Club House when the new one opens

I am over for most of September so look forward tomeeting new friends
