Hi everyone

We have just returned from Spain and met with the owner of Palacios Mar on 6 Feb.  He confirmed to us (and signed a letter to give to our solicitors) that the ground floor pool between the bungalows and block 1 is for use by the bungalows and blocks 1 and 2.  The roof pool is meant for blocks 3, 4 and 5.  Apparently it is in the title deeds (ori neuvo - if that's how its spelt) for the Mar y Sol development (bungalows and the 5 blocks) and therefore the bungalows cannot stop blocks 1 and 2 using that pool.

If it is decided to form one community then everyone will have access to both pools.

Hope this latest information from the builder helps the people who are worrying over the pool situation.

Does anyone know anything about the development in front of the Mar y Sol?  My mother is over there at present and they have been given the details of this development.  It is going to be as high as the Mar Y Sol - we were told they were building bungalows in front which were to be only one or two levels.  We are overlooking the orange fields but it may spoil the views for the apartments facing the other way.

Hi all.  Can anyone tell me what is happening with the Mar Y Sol development.  When we paid our deposit 1half years ago there was to be 5 separate blocks with 3 swimming pools - one in between blocks 1 and 2, one on the roof of block 3 or 4 and one between blocks 4 and 5.  From the photos and visiting the development it is now one joined up block of apartments.  With regard to the roof pool can anyone tell me how big the pool is as there will be a lot of apartments using it.  Also will the roof area be safe for children (how high are the barriers/walled area) as we have a 1yr old child.  Thanks for any information you may have.
