We have just exchanged contracts and the completion date is March 2008 - Not sure if this is slippage of Dec 07 or different phase anyone any knowledge/thoughts?

Thanks for the response, I have spoken with other residents nearby but not on Laguna Green and they tell me the builder has a good reputation. Hope your visit goes well.

Hello Everyone

I am John my wifes Yvonne, we have just paid a reservation fee for plot 54 a bungalow but I am not sure which phase, but completion is Dec 07.

We are using a local sales company & dont have an independent lawyer - Are we all happy this site is totally legal etc?  it looked fine when we visited before xmas - I think some people are already living there how is it for you? any problems we should be aware of?

We are really excited but nervous tooHope you are all well
