We have found a nice apartment Roda Golf phase 1. Does anyone use Roda to let their properties? They seem to look after everything, but for a decent cut. Can anone offer any advice? Is the service adequate? Do they get enough weeks rentals etc?

Hi

We are looking at our 1st property in Spain and Roda Golf is of interest. There are many properties advertised for sale, so would appreciate some advice from those who know.

The major factors in mind are - the community fees, and the rental potential. Can anyone offer me some facts about costs and how many weeks per year you rent your properties please?
