l have just arranged for my snagging to be identified. This was a very lengthy procedure but it was carried out thoroughly.
l am having it inspected once the developers have stated that all areas have been rectified. There are over 50 areas to be sorted. but all relatively minor.
l am hoping this can be done within the next week or so . Once inspected l will be in a position to complete. Which l am really looking forward to.
l have been on site a number of times since christmas and the development is beginning to look good.There is a lot of planting going on and this will look great in a very short time.
lf any of you due to complete but have not sorted out your snagging and you need someone to carry this out for you and you want further information then please send me a private message. l can thoroughly recommend this company they have also carried out snagging on a number of apartments in MHV so know exactly what to look for and l know that other purchasers have been pleased with the report and service provided.
l know that l would have picked up only a small fraction of the snagging items that require work and l realise that l would have been so dissapointed once moving in to realise there were so many small areas that were not up to the required standard. l must also say that the developers have responded very positively to the work being carried out.
