I e-mailed my lawyer this am in Malaga his reply is that the LPO is still not granted - has anyone seen actual evidence of the LPO or is this more lies

Hi all,

According to our lawyers we could 'sell' the apartment back to the developers, we would receive our original money back plus 6% compensation.  This would then allow the developers to resall the property, and as we were one of the first to reserve the developers would win!

We have also spoken to various real estate companies about resale prior to the licence and have been advised that it would not be impossible but very differcult.
