Can anyone tell us which Phase we are in? Our townhouse is in Calle Saint Jaime, which is the road by the orange groves, as you come in by Roda Golf complex.

We completed in September 2006.

Also who is our president?

Also does anyone know what our community charge is?

 

We have sent emails to the "administration "company, but have had no answers?

Also, has anyone put a mirror into the downstairs bathroom in the townhouses, we are concerned because we don't know where the pipes/cables are, so my husband is loathe to put one up, any info would be appeciated.

We have just received our bank statement from Spain, it shows a debit for "S.BILLS quagest Region de Mur", anybody heard of this?

We completed back in September and wondered if it was something to do with water/electricity connection???

We have a townhouse, we have had security door put over balcony door and window locks fitted upstairs, we were toying with getting a safe, but this seems senseless if they can get the safes out of the floor and pick them up and take them.

Are we allowed to have full grilles fitted over the bedroom windows (the front bedroom with the small balcony), or would this be "against the rules"?, as I am assuming that all the houses have be in keeping with the original design?

I can see no other alternative, to stop thieves breaking in.
