We had a good turn out even though there was Scotish football on television, so we were missing some of our regulars, there were 22 in all playing.
We had some new people playing this time, I think they enjoyed thierselves, we hope they will be back next month.
Once again Juan did us proud, he gave 3 bottles of drink towards the raffle, and again supplied us with tapas at the end.
Does anyone know of where I can get a small cheap loud speaker / microphone, I am gradually loosing my voice on a quiz night as I am competing
against the spanish in the other half of the bar, shouting at the football or bull fights which is on the television, and we can´t expect them to turn the sound down as it is thier bar, so someone suggested a microphone.
The next quiz night will be on June 11th, I shall not be putting posters around the village anymore, but I will have one large notice outside my house.
