We were over in Monte Selwo up to 25th July and did our snagging then. We weren't sure who to give/ send the snagging list to, as Damien was unfortunately not available, but had a stroke of luck in bumping into the Developer doing his rounds with his ( and our) bank Manager, who luckily spoke English and passed the list on for us. He also got the water turned on as we did not have any for 3 days.
Apart from lack of water, the main problem was with the sliding doors which all stuck & didn't run properly, and scratches over most of the doors, and bathroom worktops. we also had some deep scratches in the stairs, tiles covered in grout, and one or two other minor defects. I have emailed Ruth Crespo who has told us that the snagging has now been done, but unfortunately we have not been able to get over there since to check.
The swimming pools were empty of water and I'm not sure when they are going to be filled, and the lifts were not working yet.
Other than that all is fine!
We are in A205 which is your apartment?
