I phoned ML earlier, and was told that the sale price was 2 camels and a goat, but that the vendor would accept 2 camels, subject to Paramount and Corvera opening before April 2016. :)

Hi, if its a PW box using the remote, the  default code should be (numbers)  0000.  Go > Menu > Maintenance > Channel Set Up > Auto Scan.

I was almost asleep after scrolling down through the minutes when I saw our aparment and a figure beside it.  I panicked until I realised that that was the figure taken out for the 1st quarter community fees.

There is a list of debitors before this giving the date of first unpaid bill and the last.  In some cases this amounts to almost 7,000 euros.  Quite scary because I think that if you buy an apartment which owes money, the debt transfers to the new owner. 

Can anymone confirm this?
