Hi all,

The first phase of apartments includes 20 townhouses and 62 apartments as you know about the sales agreement.

So, RUDINA sign up sales contracts for more than 41 units of the properties and that is you must count. (Only first phase)

Maybe, Rudina is not with more of 50% for the meeting and less might than you.

Dear friends, some days ago, we had news about the seizure of the land of MIRADOR.

Just now, we have other unfortunately one. The land of MIRADOR shall suffer an AUCTION (PUBLIC SALE)  in two or three months.

The next step after the embargo is going to be real and certain in the next weeks (two or three months)

Ask to your lawyers to force for the removing of the embargo as soon as possible.

If Rudina doesn't do anything you would loose the property.

The date of completion is July, and if the extension of 6 month more is possible, it shall be in 2010 January.Time extended that RUDINA shall try to complete no returning money from bank guaranties. If he does it, the properties are in big trouble.

Talk with your lawyer as soon as possible.

Don't exchange any property to BALCONES, we don't know if BALCONES shall suffer any problem in the future in the land because is still property of RUDINA and the apartments that are left have not a good location.

Dear friends, I have some information from de elevators company "ORONA" that has installed elevators in blocks 1 & 2.

The cause  they aren't "ON" is because RUINA must paid more than 40,.000 € to the company. Now it has charges in the lawyers department of "ORONA".

 Dear friends I have more news about the embargo by the court .

This has been notified by the officers of the court number 9 since january 13th and if anyone ask for and official note from the property registration of Iznalloz should can confirm it's true.

The note is easy to check by yours lawyers.

It's from a debt about invoices of agents that haven't been paid.

Be carefull!! and ask to the lawyers for get up this problem on the plot as soon as possible, because, maybe, promoter-constructer "RUDINA"  can't continue with sales-contract if he hasn't all the ownership of it. I'm not lawyer but in the contract the constructer has answer for  he's the exclusive owner and now it's not so.
