Yes,last year we had to pay back payments on what looked like our parking space for the previous years.

Its more the fact that ours were collected in April last year but they have now requested 2012 payment from our bank early March.  Just wondering if this is the case for everyone. Probably is.

Just a note to say that the collection of payment from the Town Hall for our 'rates' was usually April but I found out yesterday from our Bank that payment was requested early March.  Is this the same for anyone else?

Hi

We were told it was 1st May.  Yes, we were out until 3rd April and it was still locked.

Must add that although pool closed the gardens are looking really good and the place was really clean and tidy. Big improvement from about 2 years ago when we seemed to be paying our maintenance fees for 'not a lot'........  There was some alterations being done to the posts either side of the entrance gates but not sure what thats about - anyone else know?
