Hi all at BDM,

Ian & Dee O'Keefe here, we own in block 4. 

We have just recieved an e-mail from Spanish solicitors telling us we owe 188euros for our non residency tax for this year.  Has anyone else had to pay this ammount????  We have non resident friends in Mar y Sol who said all they have done is go to the bank and pay 12euros each for a non residency certificate.  Which do we pay?  They have done this for the last 3 years and have never had to pay any more than that!!

Would appreciate any help in solving this.  Don't want to pay more than we should especially if most of it is going to the solicitor!

Hi all,

Just completed on our apartment.  Number 65, think we are block 2, apologies if we are not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are arriving on Sunday 19th October and staying until 29th.  Furnishing in the first few days and hopefully relaxing for the rest of our stay!!!!!!  Any hints, tips, furniture stores ect would be appreciated.  
Look forward to meeting everyone who will be there.
