yes rhere are rules and on terrazas in the summer thy abide by them .thy dont let u take anything to play with in the pool . security comes round every hr to check this and u have to wear armbands

when we bought 3 years was told there would be bars hairdresser bank bus to take u to other resorts..nothing has happened, and I think it will be a long time for it to happen.the nearest taxie is rolden which is a few miles away.u need a car to get anywhere. there is a supermarket which is open a few hr a day.one bar and noone in it was talk of it closing .would think hard before u buy..we bought off plan and it all sounded good .. good luck

Hi why not have it at the back of the bar u would have u chairs drink and plenty of room .as well as supporting the bar which we need to do to keep it going. .only a thought
