In the Netherlands on our golfcourse we have an interesting option.
We pay a yearly fee (the contribution) and get a certain percentage of the contribution back on a creditcard wich we can only use in our club restaurant...

So, we pay for example Euro 120,= per year and get a refund on the creditcard of Euro 50,=.
This costs the business less because you sell a beer for Euro 1,50 (for example) but it costs the firm Euro 1,= to buy it from the retailer.

So, we as members have the feeling that we get the Euro 50,= but it costs less for the 'company'... AND all the members will definately spend the Euro 50,= per year in the bar of the sportsfacility because after the year, your Euro 50,= will be gone.

And if we just swollow the sports area in the community of homeowners we can maybe make some profit so maybe somebody in the future is willing to rent or buy the place? 

In my opinion, give it a try!

Last week a lady from Polaris called me to ask if we were interested in a membership wich includes discounts on restaurants. She told me that Limonero would be re-opened this week. Is that true? Is Limonero open again?

Good morning buyers.

We own a appartement in Naranjos but I like to read the threads on the forums.
Don't panic. It really isn't as bad as you think.

I have heard that Parador wrote this but only with the interest in resale houses!
PW has allready started a discussion with Parador because it is very bad to make up this roomers.

In Naranjos we pay Euro 78,= for the community. Maybe a little bit higher as you expected but not Euro 130,= or even higher.

The Foro is really looking beautiful and will open in july! A supermarket and bar will open then and shortly after that a restaurant will open.
The golfcourse will be ready somewhere around october  and that is very important. They are thinking about opening a hotel (like La Torre and Mar Menor) instead of only a clubhouse. The hotels in the other resorts ar full every weekend because of the golf players!! 

And as last you have a guarantee of your payments made bij the BANK, not PW.

So try to relax and don't get to upset by all the scary threads (I did exactly the same in november and it was freaking me out).
And if you really want to relax, visit our beautiful appartment which you can rent.

Great to hear and see how it went.
I also have a pergola discussion (I have a confirmation from Polaris wich says the pergola comes on the back and now it comes on the front....and they won't do a thing about it) so I am very suspicious about the snagging and Polaris....
