Well done. We too have just received our interest back but alas didn't get the costs. I just really want to put this whole experience to bed now but wish everybody who is still fighting to keep on fighting to get what is rightfully yours.

Hi

We were told that we had to attend Court last year but 2 weeks before the hearing they said we didn't have to go. They did say that only one of us had to go so thank goodness I only booked one flight. Never the less we were out of pocket yet again! Personally i would hang fire a bit but keep an eye on the flights, you just never know.

We have had notification from our solicitors to say that we have won the case and the bank have been sentenced to pay back our capital plus interest. The Bank have appealed and our solicitor has told us that we now have to wait for the outcome although he is optimistic. Is anybody in same position and how much longer is this likely to go on for??

Almost 12years of waiting and we are being told that we must be patient - what a joke!!

Hi,

Were you in court on same day? Unfortunately there's no news to report other than an e-mail today from our solicitor just saying that the Spanish legal system is slow and that we have to be patient!!! As if we didn't know!! He did expect to hear something within about 5 months but that has now passed  so we still live in hope that one day we might get some good news.
