Hi Folks,
I'm new to this site but I have been hanging in from day one with a 2-bed penthouse in Block 'Ascot'.
Firstly, can I confirm that I witnessed the cranes being dismantled and removed from site 1st week July; no other work appeared to be going on, and the site looks to be closed. I think Maria 'disappeared' about the same time.
Having read the e-mail exchanges over the last six months, I think there is a lot of anger and it might be more productive to channel this into a more effective protest, especially if we could start 'singing from the same hymn-sheet'.
Can we establish how many people are now familliar with this site (all write in with names, e-mail addresses and which Block you are reserved in), and how might we expand this; can we get our hands on a list of names and addresses of other 'owners'???
With up to 250 potential 'clients', will Lawbirds quote a lower retainer fee? Also, if a larger number of people signed up with them, would they show initial 'good-will' by taking stage payments as and when they produce the letters/writs/injunctions etc?? Perhaps they would care to comment if they are currently monitoring this web-site; a sliding scale quotation based on various minimum numbers, say from 10 to 100 people.
We should all write to Juan Antonio, who appears to have taken over from Maria, every week and copy each other so he knows we are getting together on his case. I shall start on Monday morning!
