Hiya

To be honest the impression I got was it was highly unlikely anyone would be able to move in before christmas. I could be wrong as they were a little vague, but I'd get on to your sales reps or Taray to clarify. As I mentioned there are no proper roads and the water etc is not connected yet.

My Mum is still out there so I will try and find out when they expect the first lot of people to move in.

Hello All,

 

Just thought I'd add a note to say my Mum and I visited the site on Saturday to see progress on her apartment (Block 1, No 13).

 

Of the apartment blocks, 3 and 4 are basically finished (4 has the show flat in in) and I think they are just waiting for the village town hall to arrange for the water and sewerage lines etc to be connected to the site. This was the same for a block of villas (sorry but I dont remember which ones!) and they should be ready to move into in a couple of months as they still need to finish the roads etc off.

 

However my Mum recieved a bit of a suprise, as so far all her Parador updates have listed her completion as 31st Jan so she was assuming she'd be in by end of Feb after snagging etc. However when we were in the Taray Office on-site the man there said blocks 1 and 2 will not be completed until 1st March.

My Mum is still in Spain until Thursday and is going to the Parador office to talk to them about it, so I will update when she gets in touch with me.

 

Aside from that the site is looking pretty good as far as I can see!

Can I ask what block you are? My Mum has bought an apartment in Block 1 I think and her completion date is still 31.1.07?

Hi Sandra and Michael

I think you may be in the same block as my mum Tricia - shes apartment 13 Block 1 :)

She will actually be moving over there in the next month or 2 to rent until her place is ready (she sold her house in the UK a little quicker than anticipated!) so will be keeping a close eye on things at Block 1, am sure she will be sending me pics etc once shes gets out there so I will post them as and when I get them.

To be honest I dont know if it includes the show flats, but it is a block of apartments - its actually my Mums apartment so I am a bit fuzzy on some of the details!! (see my other post :))
