Hi we have bought in block one and apart from the ususal hiccups we have been ok.  It is advised to get grills especially if you are on the ground floor these look as if the builder does not supply them, however we know of one apartment that did get them included, so you can give it a try.  All the apartments have shutters fitted, and as far as we have been told all the security problems should ease up once the complex is finished and security is in place i.e. gates etc.  The area is nice and we have met some lovely residents who assure us they have had no problems.  Enjoy!
