Hi there

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer in Alzira? Also, I would be interested to know of any good/bad/indifferent stories of handing POA over to a lawyer. I am feeling a bit cautious about this but understand it is quite standard practice if you want to cut down on visits to Spain to sign.

Can anyone recommend an English speaking propery lawyer in Alzira. And is it usual to pass over POA to a spanish laywer so they can complete the legals in your absence. This feels a bit risky to me, especially when it includes access to a Spanish bank account - am I being over cautious?
