We've only just heard about the lock change from our management agency - anyone know a contact email address or telephone number for us to arrange for a new set?

Is there a process (or email distribution list) in place to advise owners of when changes like this occur?

Hi,

Can anyone help regarding a new lock put on the doors between the lift area or stairwell into the garage? We've been told by our property management agency that there is a new level of security but they have been unable to source keys for this on our behalf. It seems slightly ridiculous that a new lock is put in without ensuring all owners have access to it. Our apartment is in Pebble Beach

Increasing security is great but not at the expense of shutting owners out!!

Can anyone help with this?

We're about to go and visit our apartment for the first time and arrive on the morning of the 19th 'til the 22nd July Would love to meet any fellow owners that are there, we're in 206 Pebble beach and now slightly worried, having read some of the postings on the site.
