 Hi all who have invested in El Patio.

 

I've just found this site and am very happy as was feeling a little lost to the next steps as really don't want to complete on this pile of ****!

 

i have bought a penthouse and was sold the dream of a great finish, lots of restaurants, bridge to walk over the motorway and the Hyatt hotel.

 

I paid the final deposit on September 2006 and was told it would be complete in 2007

 

It is now January 2009 and the penthouse is not a place i want to live and would be embarrassed to invite friends to use the property!

 

Could you please send me Maria's contact details so i can get cracking!

 

all the best and we will get through this problem with our deposits back whether its in 2009 or 2010
