Hi,

My husband requires an indoor bike trainer for rehab following a knee op, does anyone know of one for sale/hire or borrow?

For those not in the know it is a frame that you hitch the back wheel on to so it's technically a static bike. Would be too expensive to hit the gym bike 3 times a day

it just depends on which way the wind is blowing first thing in the morning, also Murcia is THE place for pork so no matter where you buy you will be reasonably near a pig farm. I've not smelt it much over the years Ive had my apartment.

 Just catching up with the forum posts and am dismayed at the discrepancies.

We are not over now till Mid April and I too am going to find (via past emails) the previous accounts relating to spending and compare.

I would be very interested in hearing what feedback anyone gets from the powers that be.

We dont have furniture to sell but we do have external lights that you can have for free if your not already sorted for those.
