I have only just seen this message, having been away in Australia for a few weeks.

We can highly recommend Richard and Ava at Golfsanjuan, having been with them for many years now. The  are extremely helpful and honest in all their dealings with us, and have made our life in Spain so much easier .

Richard and Ava have been marvellous in their help to us in settling in  our house and sorting out various problems. Their advice, help and kindenss has been second to none. If anyone wishes to use their services we would highly recommend them.

They have the best interest s of San Juan at heart, as they are residents and care very much about the future of the area. It really annoys me that some small minded people who clearly do not not know what is going on, have a go at Richard, when he is trying to help.

We used a company called DcDg Options based in Mojacar, (Dave & Gill Cuthbert). We received an excellent report which was copied to the girls in the sales office, which picked up things we would not have noticed (right down to the fact the bathroom and shower room has clear glass). It cost 90 Euros, and after the work was rectified a follow up cost 60 Euros.

We are just back from San Juan, and were told the habitation licences to be granted in next couple of weeks, but we are not holding our breath.
