Anyone know if Ambasun are still around. Had great difficulty with any post sales communications with these folks. Started getting updates on property build which were then revoked via a letter telling me the Mojacar office had been fabricating the truth in March 2006 and havent had anything from them since. Got an email bounced over the week end so wondered if they had finally folded?

Which solicitor did you use. Was it someone in the UK or the one one you used for the purchase in Spain. The line that I am getting from my spanish solicitor is that there is no way Peinsa will pay out on the basis that the delays are outside their control. Very interested to hear your story.

Echoing the sentiments below. We also bought in phase 1 through Ambasun who have been as usful as a chocolate Fireguard in the spanish summer! The whole business has had us worried for some time but it looks like there is light at the end of the tunnel. I am seeing lots of 2008 dates at the moment. Does anyone have a fix on when Phase 1 will be complete? Glynn & Louise from Leicestershire. Plot 16 Phase 1.
