I am still interested to complete on two apartments at the complex. Can anyone advise the latest situation as of September 2009. Darren was due to come back to me but I havent heard from him for a while.

Is the place acceptable to potential lettings

Are the pools operating

what is the agreed community charge per annum

how can change over days,linen etc be managed

what price are these apartments valued at now Top Right 2 bed 2 bath 2nd floor with solarium and terrace outlook to the sea

I have 3 apartments at Las Palmeras and have only received 1 rental payment about 1 or 2 years ago.
Only one of my apartments has been furnished
I had rental guarantees and furniture packs in my agreement. I also own 11/2 and 12/11 If anyone has any news about the state of any of these I would be pleased to hear from you. I dont seek to claim anything back I would just like to know who has been using my apartment to get a feel for how much Rushcliffe have used it.

I now find that my only furnished apartment is being used by anyone and everyone who visits Las Palmeras who may not have access to their own apartment due to non completion.

My apartment has recently been entered with keys and the TV,Hob!!! lamps, pictures and other items removed. I am expected to claim on my insurance for this. Rushcliffe have put in a hob I can only assume so that others can still use it.

All the while I am picking up the electricity bill and wear and tear.

This is clearly unacceptable behavior and mis-use of my apartment and I ask all of you to take care.

I would be pleased to get knowledge of anyone who has been offered unit 2/8 as a resting place. I think it has been used as an office, rushcliffe staff accomodation and purchaser accomodation. for anyone interested in getting closer to the situation please contact

Thanks for starting this thread.

I think we need to ask rushcliffe for a list of owners to get the whole thing started correctly.

My apartment in Block 2 has just been broken into and the TV DVD Pictures lamps and Kitchen Hob have been stolen.

I think the first issue on the site must be security and night watchmen.

I have no idea how the gardening is dealt with

I have no idea about electrical supplies and sufficiency

Clare Haythorne is now apointed to the role of Completions and she seems helpful

Maybe you should contact her and get things moving

I completed on Block 2 last December.

The rental program kicks in 3 months after completion. That is: they pay quarterly in arrears.

You need to invoice them with a local company invoice it seems. I use my solicitor Enright Associates who are very friendly English and on the ball in my opinion. Sharon Edwards is the principle. They make a reasonable charge for this service

I have now had 2 rental payments and the 3rd is due shortly

The furniture package was late in arriving but they pay the rental guarantee even if they dont rent it. The problem is that you cant make use of the apartment for your chosen weeks until furniture is there.

The only way to really clear matters is to visit and check out thoroughly. Make your lists and ask about everything.

i WAS ASSYRED THAT bLOCK 2 WOULD ALSO BE CLEAR BUT i HAVE A ROOF RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY VIEW

 

i AM ALSO HAVING TROUBLE GETTING PAID FOR THE RENTAL GUARANTEE. WHAT IS GOING ON
