Hi all at Sierra Golf, hope you are well,

I am looking for some help in getting contact details for Miguel whoose property backs on to ours in Calle De Murcia.We are looking for an email address or phone no has we need to get in touch with him so that we can arrange for him to keep his dogs in for a few hours so that Alan who used to have the Golf bar can re-mount our Sattelite dish which apparently came away from the wall in some VERY strong winds. I am also trying to contact Alan so if anyone has his contact number or emai lwe would really appreciate it. Hello everyone,

It is nearly 3 years now from when we signed up for a Green on Sierra Golf. We are still waiting!!!!!!!!

The property is apparently ready, but we cannot complete because the COH still has not been issued.

The builder as been holding a substantial ammount of "OUR" money for this period.

I am searching for anyone who are in a similar situation to ourselves who have decided that enough is enough and are looking to pull out or indeed have already done it.

Any information on the correct avenues and reccomended solicitors who specialise in this fieldt would be much appreciated.

Hello to you all on SG,

We are currently stil waiting for our Habitation Licence to come through (M24) which seems to be taking forever!

In the meantime, after a lot of complaining to MASA, they have now offered us the option to swap properties to one which has already got a licence. (M14,Plot19).

We are  seriously considering this option, and would be grateful if anyone on SG could  give us any information on this plot and why it is still unoccupied.

We will be flying out shortly to the view this property, and in the meantime are trying to gather as much info as possible regarding this plot.
