Myself and my other half have 3 apartments on Tamrindo and we are a similar number of months overdue on rent - actually 8 months now - so we are owed three times what someone with a single apartment is owed  - we have had no indication whatsoever of when we will get paid and the latest notification that they now don't intend renewing fixed rental deal is even more worrying - does anyone have any info on what will happen after September?

We are about to go over to the complex for two weeks and intend talking to management company, solicitor and potential letting agents - happy to share info in a couple of weeks
