The site is excellent.  Good to see Jale seem to be moving in the right direction.  Particularly happy they are going to do something with the railing and the large gaps between them as they are an invitation for a child to get seriously injured currently.

Last I was in Duquesa in September.  Do you know if much progress has been made or any idea when the paths etc are suppose to get completed.

Where does that leave the purchase process? 

Do we now snag, get utilities attached?

Do we have to close within a certain period.

Hi,

Do you not believe the apartment is worth more, than you would have bought it for 4 year ago?  Would you not be better to complete and then sell?
