We are part of a legal class action against La Reserva De Marbella. We won the court case against La Reserva but he didn't pay the deposits back so embargoes have been put in place. The auction is going to take place shortly to sell the embargoed properties. I would like to speak to people who are part of this class action to people who have been involved in a similar process.
