I am not yet an owner at Hacienda Riquelme so I'm no authority on the topic but I understood that ownership doesn't permit you any use of the golf course. Membership for the course is entirely separate although there may be some discount as a result of being an owner. I imagine that the community fees relate to all of the communal aspects of the resort - eg. pools, gardens, security, roads...etc....

I'm sure I heard/read somewhere that golf membership is around €1000 per year.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. It's always reassuring to hear such positive comments from a present owner. I was just wondering if you used a local lawyer to deal with your purchase and if so, would you recommend them?

Hi, I've been on an "inspection visit" this last weekend with a company called Villa Cashback and we really liked the look of Hacienda Riquelme. They showed us 5 different apartments and, to be honest, we loved them all! Just wondered if anyone had any advice, thoughts or comments for us as potential buyers. Is it as good as it appeared??!!
