Have you had any luck with your re-sale efforts?

I am in the same position as you as I have to make a 2nd payment on my reservation, although I have not been asked for it as yet as the project has had some delays on it.

I too am finding it a struggle to gather the second payment although I only need to to find half the payment as I've JV with another investor. Maybe this could be an option for you to. Just a thought.
