I have to say I do agree with sunshine 64.
I am unaware of any problems you may have with Getsisur as i have no dealings with them myself. Although a Spanish family I know are not too happy with the way the Aparthotel 2 building is being run by them.
I also have an apartment in collado bajo & previously Aparthotel 1 which are both managed by Oasis property. They have only just taken it on and are doing a very good job & are always on hand when there is a problem.
My main gripe is with the builders mary casas. they have no respect for the fact that we have invested our hard earned money into these properties on this site. Some of us (like me) come over for 6 months during the winter and therefore see a lot more of what is going on here.
As none of their workers live on the site and therefore don't have to put up with the mess on a constant basis they don't seem to care that every morning my neighbours & I have to clean plastic pallet wrap, beer cans, fag packets from my garden. All left behind by their workers.
I have spoken on numerous occasions with the builders about this and they inform me it's not their responsibility, but the town halls. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! I have been to the town hall to discuss my concerns twice now, both times to be told that Los Collados is STILL the sole responsibility of Mary casas.
Thankfully Simone from Oasis let me take a representative from their office to translate etc. I believe that speaks for itself with regards to them caring!!
My apartment looks onto the grounds surrounding Oasis property and I was (as you seem to be Mr Barclay) fed up of looking at the pallets and huge cable reels left there.
I made a written complaint to Oasis (via email) and received an almost instant response to my concerns.
They informed me that they were doing their utmost to have the rubbish removed and are at loggerheads with the notoriously bad mary casas over it.
It appears that when Mary casas dug up the road for umpteenth time (after they realized they had forgotten to lay the electricity cables for collado bajo etc) they dumped the empty reels, pallets etc on Oasis property's land and have to date only removed one reel in spite of the numerous emails which Oasis have been good enough to copy me in on and therefore including the owners in the loop.
I have noticed various messages from Sue2 (strangely signed by a man??) all rather negative about Oasis to say the least! Have they upset you or do you work for a rival of theirs perhaps?
I have mentioned these posts to Oasis & stated I feel it would be good for them to joint the forum & have their say.
The response is that they are confident about their level of customer service & satisfaction and do not feel the need to attack others in a public forum!!
I for one as a customer of theirs would have to say I agree and respect their decision. Maybe if people do have a gripe with them they should contact them directly rather than posting comments on a public forum?? (

aguilas1 @ mycm. es However I will warn you don't expect a reply or even an acknowledgment from these people. but at least you will have the chance to experience the blatant lack of communication from the other companies involved in Los Collados .
I for one would hate to think what the complex would be like if it wasn't for the oasis property people trying to make it a real Resort!
It would be good to hear the comments of others but please be brave enough to bring it to the attention of those concerned then we might actually get somewhere.
