I would just like to say a massive thank you to Maria and all of her team at Costaluz Lawyers for securing the return of our off plan deposit plus interest and costs. Since journeying into the unknown and starting a legal action back in 2011 in another country Maria and her team have worked tirelessly to secure the successful outcome we have today. Maria and her team has been at forefront  of securing the legislation that allowed injured parties like us to claim against Spanish banks and without this we would not be where we are today. If you have considered a claim against a developer or Spanish bank for a loss of deposit I would urge you to contact Maria and her team to see if they can be of assistance. Hi RaynAnn,

In Arsenals post it says he has been valued at 203,000 (english pounds), which i presume is a typo error on his part. However if it is not
the prices have risen quite considerably, so it may be useful if Arsenal could clarify Pounds or Euros. We have a 3 bed on phase 10 and
based on a previous post it woul appear Peinsa are now asking more for th remaining plots.
