Taray sell poorly finished properties full of hidden extra and missing facilities!!  They have cheated us out of our money that we have worked hard for over the years and when you get to a certain age you dont expect someone to dupe you out of it.

I have heard that someone did manage to get a lump sum back when they cancelled does anyone know if its true and what money they got back??

A snippet from another development not a million miles away....

Taray and Parador are natural born liars and should not be allowed to dupe people with empty promises.  Ive contacted the TV with my views.

This thread is all about the building of the very large flyover bridge at the side of the Torre Alcantara site Balsicas.

This bridge as been built, but Parador the agents & Taray the builder of the homes, as failed to tell any of the buyers of these homes that this bridge was going to be built or even tell them even after the bridge was built.

If buyers are not aware of the eyeonspain web site, to view the photos of this bridge, they wont know a thing about it till they come to Spain to sign the Notary. Mr Graham Martindale director of Parador Properties says he as "No duty of Care" concerning his clients concerns about this bridge, he tries to state he nor Taray had no knowledge about this bridge being built, do we beleave that, no. Can we prove that he did, yes we can.

This is why we are taking Parador Properties to the AIPP of which Parador Properties is a member. AIPP stands for Association of Inernational Property Professionals, which have a code of conduct for all it's members which must be adhered to at all times, this is just 3 of the rules of the code of conduct to follow.

1.1 Rule. Members shall adhere to the highest standards of honesty and professional integrity both in their dealings with the public and in their dealings with each other.

2.2 Rule. Members shall always recommend the use of an independaent lawyer for international property transactions.

2.3 Rule. Members shall not require potential buyers to sign binding preliminary purchase contracts without giving them reasonable opportunity to reflect on the contract and to obtain legal advice.

If anybody feels that they have not been treated fairly by Parador or by any agent who is a member of the AIPP, then do as we are doing and contact Paul Owen of the AIPP, and stand up for your rights as a buyer in Spain

Alternatively there is a taxi service in Los Alcarzares, fully licenced so there safe, which we have used which was very good - carried our bags into the airport aswell
